Q - How is the Liquid Facelift better than an all in one product?
A - Even if an all-in-1 product contains the same ingredients as the liquid face-lift, you will not be able to get the proper amount of each ingredient on your skin in just one small pea size application. The liquid facelift is formulated to give you the exact amount of each ingredient needed to change your skin in one application, you can not get the amount needed to make those changes if they were combined in 1 bottle.
Q - In what order do I apply products to my face?
A - You should always start by cleaning your face & exfoliating every other day. You can use a toner if desired and then add a thin layer of any serum. Allow serums to dry in between use and then a moisturizer and/or makeup can be applied last.
Q - When can I expect to see changes in my skin?
A - You should feel a difference in the texture of your skin immediately. You will see a great deal of improvement in dullness or unevenness of your skin, the morning after applying. Repair to damaged skin, i.e. lines & wrinkles, acne, scars, stretch marks, and pigmentation will take longer to see the results. Your body takes 27 days to regenerate collagen & elastin as well as generate new clear skin to replace damaged skin. 6 months of daily use will show optimum results.
Q - If the products are drying my skin, should I stop using them?
A - You should most definitely continue using the products, as, the ingredients are scientific and proven to be essential to everyone who has skin. If they are drying your skin, try using less, use only once a day, or use with a moisturizer.
Q - How much product should I use?
A - A small amount goes a long way. Applying too much at once not only wastes the product but it will also dry the skin since the products are of the highest potency.
Q - How often should I exfoliate?
A - Dermatologists recommend exfoliating twice a week up to 35 years old and 35+ should exfoliate 3 times a week.
Q - How do serums compare to creams?
A - Serums, compared to creams, have a smaller molecular structure that allows nutrients to penetrate deeper into the pores and layers of the skin. This allows for repairing & rebuilding to occur from the ground floor up, not just on the surface of the skin. In addition, serums are recommended over creams if you have acne prone skin, as, they will not clog pores like creams tend to do. Many people prefer the feel of a serum over the greasy, sticky feeling that creams can leave your skin with.
Q - Should I apply in the mornings or at night?
A - Apply products twice a day both morning and night for optimum results. However, if you have sensitive skin, you can apply only at night since your skin heals itself during sleep and will use the nutrition to accelerate this process.
Q - What is the percentage strength of the Hyaluronic Acid?
A - The Hyaluronic Acid potency is 5% and makes up 50% of the entire formula.
Q - What is the percentage strength of the Vitamin C Serum?
A - The Vitamin C Serum is 20%, anything higher has the tendency to dry out and even burn the skin. High quality 18% Vitamin C has been proven to show the same results as the higher percentage and less instances of negative side effects. The Vitamin C makes up more than 50% of the entire formula.
Q - Should I refrigerate my products?
A - Some people prefer to refrigerate their serums because it feels nice to apply when cold, however, it is not necessary. Cold does not affect the effectiveness of the products, but heat does so be sure to keep the products out of the heat and out of direct sun. The serums have a shelf life of 2 years thanks to the natural preservatives.

It takes the human body 27 days to begin to rebuild collagen, repair elastin, and replace the damaged tissue causing the dimpling. Depending on how deep the damaged tissue is determines how long it will take to see the results on the surface of the skin. Even though you do not see the results immediately, it is in fact working.
