HOW DOES IT WORK??
 
The tinny needles of the derma-roller pierce the skin creating a mild degree of injury, and the response on your skin stimulates the healing, boosting your skin’s production of collagen and elastin. Microneedling is a very effective technique to reduce fine lines, deep wrinkles, pore size, scars, stretch marks, sun spots,  and discoloration.

CAN I DO IT MYSELF?
 
Absolutely!!!! Spas and dermatologists might use a microneedle set or a dermapen. These treatments are more intense and are usually much more painful and cause bleeding.  Another downside, these treatments are way more expensive than buying your own set and doing it yourself.
 
The at-home microneedle technique is also the perfect alternative to laser treatments and chemical peels with the same resurfacing results.  Even if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, regardless your skin type or tone, or the part of your body you want to treat. It is safe and easy to do.
HOW CAN I CHOOSE A DERMA-ROLLER?
 
There are two (very important) things you need to consider before buying a derma-roller set: quality, type and size.
 
Quality: Choose TITANIUM NEEDLES – they will not bend after each use, and if properly stored and sterilized, you will keep the set for as long as you want.
 
Type: More needles equals better.  Plus, choose a derma-roller than you can sterilize and comes with a built-in sterilization reservoir, so you can use it again and again.
 
Size: Pick a set with multiple sizes of needles and interchangeable rollers.  Most derma-rollers on the market come with only a big roller that makes it impossible to use around lips and eyes.
 

HOW DO I USE A DERMA-ROLLER?

  • Always STERILIZE roller with alcohol before and after each treatment. To sterilize, add alcohol in reservoir, and roll your derma-roller until all needles make contact with alcohol. Let it dry for 2-3 minutes.
  • CLEAN your face, using an all natural and organic face wash.
  • If you have low tolerance for pain, use a topical NUMBING cream, if needed.
  • Pick the right SIZE of needles for designated area. Body: 1.5mm, Face: 1.0mm, Eye: 0.5mm.
  • Use light and even pressure and ROLL in designated area. Each area should receive 4 rolling passes: Up & Down, Side to Side, and Corner to Corner (Diagonally).
  • Apply topical skin treatment SERUM and MOISTURIZER within 7 minutes of perforating the skin.
  • REPEAT this treatment as often as you can and the results from the treatment will show immediately and continue to improve your skin’s surface over and over.
